All SC26 hotels are located in downtown Chicago, with thousands of rooms near McCormick Place. The conference assists exhibitors who need blocks of 10+ rooms through a special early-request process.
Exhibitors who need less than 10 rooms can use the regular housing reservation process.

If you’re an exhibitor booking 10+ rooms please review the information below.
Companies holding signed agreements with SC26 will be invited to submit early sleeping room block requests; details will be emailed to the primary exhibitor contact. Sleeping room blocks are allocated according to each company’s accumulated “SC exhibitor priority points.”
For returning exhibitors, you will be limited to the number of rooms your group actualized per night over SC25, with a maximum 10% increase to account for growth. Deadlines and details will be provided to all exhibitors holding a signed agreement with SC26.
The only authorized contractor for arranging hotel rooms for SC is onPeak. To avoid potential problems with your reservation, please be sure to use the forms distributed by onPeak.
The conference is not responsible for hotels or rates offered by travel agents or other organizations who say they are speaking on behalf of SC.
When you request the rooms via the Exhibitor Housing Form, you agree to cancellation penalties if rooms are canceled or unused.
Reservations canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation penalty by the hotel of one night’s room rate and tax.

All reservations require a valid method of payment (credit card) to continue holding the rooms by this date. You will not be charged at this time.
11 SEP 2026
Reservations can be modified or canceled without penalty until this date. At this time all reservations must have valid names, any reservation without a name will be canceled and will not be reinstated.
12 SEP 2026
onPeak will begin charging a non-refundable cancellation fee of $125 per reservation to the payment method on file on this date.
